Peony Seed Pods
Earlier in the summer I decided not to deadhead this peony. It had an
interesting see pod which I thought was worth leaving. Am I ever glad I
did! The pod has opened up and dried itself into this beautiful state. I
will continue to keep an eye on this and will take another picture if it
changes.
